The customers and web surfers these days don’t like to wait for long for the website to load therefore if you have developed such a website that takes longer loading time then there are high chances that you will loose many potential customers.
3. You must try to put as much information on your website as possible. Since the website is a reflection of your company therefore better information provision will give the impression that your company goes to a great extent when it comes to providing the customers with information.
4. Another way in which you can assist your customers is by developing such a website that is compatible with all type of web browsers. There are many web browsers in use these days the most popular of these is the internet explorer, Netscape etc.
